Using IIS to control access by domain and IP address

This restriction can be applied to a specific virtual directory within a web server, so that only clients using QMWISe are subject to this security.

For example, both Perception Server and QMWISe could be running on the same server with access to QMWISe restricted by domain and IP address, but access to Perception Server would not need to be restricted in this way.
