Applies to the following Perception versions:

The Keep me logged in feature is designed to give you access to Questionmark without needing to login again using your username and password.

The Keep me logged in feature will download a cookie that allows you to access Questionmark from the same machine without needing to enter your username and password for up to 7 days between sessions. To use this feature your web browser will need to accept cookies from Questionmark. For further information about how to do this, please refer to:

If the Keep me logged in option is selected the Questionmark portal will download a cookie on to your computer. This is designed to make it easier to navigate back to Questionmark throughout the day without needing to re-enter your credentials each time.

Using the Keep me logged in feature is only recommended for private computers. If you are using a public computer you should NOT use the Keep me logged in functionality or you should ensure that you click the Logout button when finished with the application to prevent others users of the computer gaining access to Questionmark using your credentials.
