How do I schedule my BCS exam?
If you have any issues regarding your BCS account or e-professional, please contact the BCS technical team. The contact details have been provided in their "Remote Proctor Guidelines" for candidates (section 11).

BCS has partnered with Questionmark to offer remote proctoring examinations.
Candidates should receive an email from Questionmark with details of how to register and then they will be able to schedule an exam date.
Candidates should also receive an email from BCS to register on the e-professional portal. Once registration is complete, they will be able to see the booking details that the ATO supplied to BCS.
Note: The exam date shown on the e-professional portal may not reflect the date the candidate scheduled with Questionmark. This will be updated once the exam has taken place and the results are being processed.
To help ensure a good experience, candidates should check their device has the correct technical requirements (such as installing Questionmark Secure) and downloading a plug-in for zoom.
